When a non-admin user is logged in to my site, they can’t see the author dropdown to change the blog post author.

Here’s an article I found that pointed me to it being from the Wordfence plugin, but I can’t find anywhere in the plugin to update list_users access: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/14051

I need to let my other site users change the author.

    Thanks

    Hi Megan,

Wordfence 7.4.9 was released on the same day as your post, fixing an issue similar to what you’ve described.

Can you check to see if this version fixes the issue for you? If not, can you tell me what role the other users are — whether they are editors, authors, or even a custom role created by another plugin or developer?

I had my team check, and it appears to be fixed! Thanks.
