Author Statistics does not show authors

  • I installed the plugin, and all the statistics seem to be working except for the author statistics. I see the visits on the chart, and the hit counts in the summary, but nothing specific to authors. And in the Select Author dropdown, the value list is empty.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    FWIW, I’m using WP 4.8.1 and WP Statistics 12.3.6.3.

    Also, I can’t send a link because this is an in-house installation with no external access.
