    Hello

    I try to authorise using the keys according to the instructions, but it is not successful. I receive a message:

    Authorisation failed Cause: IP_NOT_ALLOWED please try again.

    Then I whitelisted the server IP address in Zoho. This did not help me solve the problem. I still get the same message.
    Perhaps you have faced a similar problem and could tell how to fix it.
