Authorized but Tracking Id not coming through

  • Hi, I have for a client authorised the plugin with their google analytics account they have set up and the tracking id etc does not show although the select view shows that it has picked up the correct analytics. To see if it was a google problem they set up a second account and again the same thing happens

    I tried on my own analytics account and all works fine.

    But of course, they want it on their own account.

  • I’m having the same problem. I’ve installed the plugin and authorized with GA, but the tracking code is not coming through on my pages. (https://ejusa.org)

    I as well have just discovered this. All connected and Google Tag Assistant doesn’t see anything. Also, no analytics dashboard. Just the header to the widget.

    I discovered that the reason I wasn’t seeing it was because I am logged in as an admin. *face palm*

    Wish it was that easy here…
    I just tried in incognito mode and still no tag found.
    Also that doesn’t explain the missing dashboard.
