Authorize.net proceed to check out

After too many issues with Paypal I switched over to Authorize.net. I’ve been on the phone with their support team and have everything set up.
However, when I run a test purchase, I receive the following message:
Please wait, your order is being processed…
If you are not automatically redirected to authorize.net, please use the Proceed to Authorize.net button.There is no button below.
