    I have this warning

    “Your Chat plugin is not authorized!
    To authorize “Chats” plugin of your website please,
    go to you website back-end (admin area) on “Chats” plagin page
    and sign-in from there”

    But I logged in from my admin area.

    Hi,
    Some of security plugins on your website can break authentication process.
    You can temporarily deactivate your security, to be sure, that all requests and answers between our service and your website works fine.
    Try to authenticate again.
    If authentication was successful – you need to know, that the trouble was in your security and you need better configurate it.

    I paused the security and the warning isn’t there any more, but the chat conversation doesn’t appear on the guest chat tab.

    It doesn’t work no more, it seams every time it needs to be verifed.
    I am using cloudflare security and they asked me do you use WebSockets?

    We don’t use WebSocket protocol.
