Author's Avatar Inside Post With Simple Local Avatars

    I am using Simple Local Avatars to allow my users to upload a local avatar to their profile. However, I was wondering if there is a way to have the author’s avatar show up inside every post they have? I am running an article directory and I would like to have it so that whenever an author submits an article, their profile photo shows up right at the beginning of their article. Similar to how ezinearticles does it https://ezinearticles.com/?An-Affectionate-Mentor&id=6856341. Thanks for the help!

  • Put simply, you’ll need to add a call to “get_avatar” in your theme.

    I want to do the exact same thing. Can you be more specific? Where does the “get_avatar” call go in the theme? I want the author profile pic to appear in each blog post. Is there a way to do this automatically?
