Authors missing what's wrong?

    Could it be related to the author name and apostrophe?One author name has dell’ in his name.Any chance to have an answer??

    I have an author with an apostrophe and it’s the only thing i think that could trigger this. it’s not tracking my guy “O’Shea”.
