Authorship

Hi,
I am trying to setup google authorship on my site linking to google+ https://www.luxurypackageholiday.co.uk

but for some reason when i check in the rich snipet tool the homepage will not verify and show my picture in the search results, but all my other pages works ok and shows to be verified ok.

do you have any idea why this may happen?
