• The option Auto Add AMP in Menu URL is great; however, it would be good if there was another one for internal links within the content, I.e. Auto Add AMP in content URLs.

  • Hi Spiros,
The developers are looking into this but it is not as easy as it looks.
The plugin would have to determine whether adding /amp to any link in the content would actually go to an amp page.

e.g. If a website owner has links on a page that are affiliate links and the page it points to doesn’t have amp then it would throw a 404 error.

Even if they only add /amp to links of the same domain this would still create problems if the website owner was using a plugin like Pretty Links to redirect to external sites.

Yes, agreed, but in most scenarios adding only for same domain links (basically, other posts/pages, tops adding some rules to match or not match categories and/or tags pages) is pretty straightforward. After all, it would be an option ??
