auto add products message

    Issue with free version to automatically add products to cart for customers. When we check the cart it shows empty, but wordpress notifications show on the website of cart additions.

    Is this a known bug ? For now we have disabled it. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    We are sorry for delaying reply.
    This problem may cause by a conflict with 3rd plugin or your current theme. To detect it, please try to activate only our plugin and WooCommerce, or try to use the storefront theme, check again. Does this problem still happens?

    Thanks for your reply. I am using oxygen builder, hence cannot try it out on another theme at present.

    Wanted to buy your pro version but as the free version is causing a mess on the website I opted out to buy.

    1. Have you checked to activate only WooCommerce and our plugin to detect the cause?
    2. Let confirm if the problem found out when using the oxygen builder, so we will try the free version of this theme to check if it can work.
