Auto Add To Cart Error

    I have purchased your AUTO ADD TO CART feature and activated it within the Discount plugin. However, this has resulted in my website becoming inaccessible. Initially, I was unable to access the Cart page, but after a few more attempts, the entire website is down and I have to deactivated it. Could there be a conflict somewhere?

    There is no link I could show you since this feature never works and will offline my site. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://www.imghippo.com/i/kPAMM1720526085.png

    BTW, the other feature, such as Discount one, works perfectly.

    Please assist on this issue, and contact me if you need any purchased record.

    Please make sure that you have the latest version of both Discount and Auto Add plugins.

    Latest version of discount plugin is: v8.12.0

    Latest version of Auto Add plugin is: 5.0.0

    Also, make sure that you have the Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce pro version because the auto add plugin doesn’t work with the free version.

    In case you have the requirements and the error persists, please enable debugging on your website and let us know more details about the issue.

    Add below lines to your wp-config.php file to enable debugging and debug log.
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    After enabling debug and getting errors inside the debug.log file disable debugging by setting true to false in above lines like the below example.
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false );

    This is very unfair. First thing first, I paid 20 euro to get this feature and this feature only, it should be applicable for both free and pro version since you decided to selling it seperately.

    Secondly, their is no any heads up in the introduction page of this addon https://www.asanaplugins.com/product/auto-add-products-to-cart-woocommerce/, letting people aware that it can only work with pro version.

    I respect your works and that’s why I paid for it, I’m expecting a solid solution for this matter.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement auto add features with the free version of the discount plugin because the auto add plugin features heavily depends on the discount pro version plugin codes like conditions and more.

    Please read the auto add plugin page carefully. We clearly linked the discount plugin in requirements of the auto add plugin in multiple sections. It is under “Subscription” section, Under “Requirements” section and also, in the plugin description.

    Here is a note under the subscription section.

    Note:?The plugin is an add-on for the?Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing?plugin. It is recommended to purchase a package license.

    Yes, and please check this NOTE carefully, it does not mention anything about the ‘Pro’ version, nor does it provide any indication that it is not applicable to the free version.

    I’ve initiated a refund through Paddle.net, since I never had a chance to use it.
