Auto applied coupon is not removed if the payment method has changed.

    I have created a coupon with free shipping that is auto applied when a user selects a specific payment method and it is not auto removed by payment method change. To be clear, it seems like it is removed, but shipping costs remains free, unless the user clicks on a text input like #billing_postcode, that shipping costs is being recalculated. How can I make a trigger to recalculate shipping costs after an auto coupon removal? Why shipping costs is not recalculated when an auto coupon is not applicable anymore?
