    Hi there,

    Is the ‘Auto Apply Coupon’ option still works? Did you have complaints lately that it stopped working?

    For me, the coupon is not automatically applied using the link in the email.
    It must be a compatibility issue with one of the plugins I use.

    I haven’t found relevant topics on this subject lately. Only 1-2 years old posts.

    Do you know anything, that could point me to the right direction?

    We haven’t received any complaints regarding the auto coupon apply option. But it should work.

    Please let us know if you are using any other plugin that works on Woocommerce coupons or something like that?
    If yes, please deactivate it temporarily and check if the issue is resolved.

    Meanwhile, we will check the same and let you know if we find any issues.

    This is great.. I found out what caused the issue.
    I have ‘WooCommerce URL Coupons by SkyVerge’ and it has an option at the <Woocommerce> / <General> / <Hide coupon code field> section.

    Once I unticked this option, ‘Auto Apply Coupon’ started working!
