Hm, unfortunately I can’t test on your site and asking for a test login is not allowed on www.ads-software.com.

Try this: login as a Client pro user, and try to apply the coupon manually. Do you get an error message? Does the coupon get applied?

Indeed the coupon work if apply manually, but it does not aplly automaticly like the plugin would say do.

Does the same problem also occur with version 2.6.0.2 of the plugin?

Additionally, if you remove the customer role from the coupon does it get applied automatically?

You don’t have a script running by any chance that removes the coupon-field from the cart/checkout when a Client PRO customer is logged in?

I suspect a plugin or theme conflict; I tested on my dev site with both 2.5.4 and 2.6.0.2 and there it is working fine. If none of the above applies, I advise you to test it on a standard theme (like Storefront) with other plugins disabled and enabling them one-by-one to find which one is conflicting.

i cannot test it without this restriction, because there is a reason that i want only a certain role to get the discount.

my theme doesnt have any code related to coupons, and i do not use any other plugins related to coupon as well.

Another thing you could try is disabling WP Rocket temporary to see if there is a conflict with the caching.

Otherwise, please:
1) Temporarily enable Settings > WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode
2) Login as a Client PRO user and add some items to the cart (which *should* apply the coupon)
3) Disable Settings > WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode
4) Send me the WooCommerce > System Status > Log of WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features
