auto apply subsite settings to new subsites

    HI,
    I have a theme created with Branda (UI, login page etc…) specifically for all subsites of my multisite. Is there a way to automatically apply these settings anytime a new subsite is created. Currently I’m achieving this with the import feature to import the json setting exported earlier.

    I trust you’re doing great!

    At the moment that’s the way to do it – using the import/export feature.

    An alternative, not sure if possible in your case – setup a template site and use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ns-cloner-site-copier/ to set up new subsites from this template. This way all the option and settings will be copied to the new subsite, not only for Branda.

    Hi,
    thanks for the reply – i considered your suggestion already but in my case I’m installing some sites from an old multisite on my local machine to a production server. I’m using a sql dump file to install the existing blogs.

    No worries anyhow thanks for that input.
