Auto approve vendor

  • Hi thank you for this amazing plugin. I am planning to move to this when I am done with my trial so far it is very intuitive and gets the job done.

    My issue, when vendor signs up on my site it shows as subscriber and shows this message to the new vendor. I want to autoapprove vendors. I have read online about membership, but this is disabled and I do not have the request approve button on.

    Could you please suggest what I have done wrong here?

    I have included message , a copy of my admin dashboard to show membership is off and store registration setting off.

    Hope you have already disabled “Required Approval?” option at WCFM Admin Setting – Vendor Registration

    Are you using vendor memberships? If so, then please check under individual membership edit page. Disable “Required Approval” from there as well.

    Did you ever enabled membership previously and created some membership plans?

    Are you using WPML for the site?

    Yes, I enabled and disabled but no memebership created and no WPML.

    I did a work around, I have edited the “On Approval Thank You Page Content” to include vendor registration page link, once it is clicked again, it works. I think it registers first as subscriber but with second click it makes you a vendor.

    This is not right way to solve this.

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated during vendor registration?

    Thanks, I’ve checked, no error in log. It happens on and off, 1 out of 4 registration so not sure what else there is to do

    OK, I am debugging this whether has any issues or not!

    Are you using vendor membership or direct registration?
