Auto article generation not working

Hi,
I have premium version of auto Robot plugin
Initially during before the trial I checked it and on satisfaction bought it. But now, facing two major issues.
1. It is not generating article automatically, even after setting up campaigns with timeline.
2. Article being pulled old ones only, whenever I am running it manually.

I want to add the plugin is good in many ways, but need solution to these two issues.
Kindly provide any mail id where the grievance can be asked.
