Auto-Assign Category by Stock (Woodmart Theme)

I would like to implement a feature on my WooCommerce shop website where a product is automatically assigned to a specific category (let’s call it ‘LAST PIECES’) when its stock quantity drops to 5 or fewer items. This should be done dynamically, without manual intervention, so that as soon as a product’s stock reaches or falls below 5 units, it gets categorized under ‘LAST PIECES’ category. We have attempted to achieve this through PHP code, but it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I am using the Woodmart theme. Is there a plugin or solution available for achieving this functionality-
