Auto cancel a booking

    Hello, please help fix an issue. When a customer booked a service it appears in Bookings in admin area, after few minutes it disapears from Bookings. My site is in miltisite mode.
    Please help

    Update: resolved by disabling automatic cancellation of unpaid bookings (SETTINGS – Booking rules – Advanced settings – Delete unpaid bookings)
