Auto clear cache after updates

Yes, for example:
Label: Clear after update
Description: Delete all cache files after updating WordPress, Theme and plugins

Or on the Delete Cache page, right before the time out rules.

I do not want to add this option on the settings page. I will add as I said and let you know.

I have been testing and I run into a few problems

1) It looks like this new setting only clears the ‘all’ cache folder and not the minified files. Correct?

Can you also delete that when the setting is enabled please? Otherwise the site will still use the old minified versions rather then the new versions that have been installed by the update.

2) It works when I update from within WordPress. However, I use a the WordPress Management tool InfiniteWP. The cache is not deleted when I use that tool to update. Is that something you can fix or do they need to fix that? If the later, what can I tell them, how do you see that an update was installed?

1. I updated the code. If you use the following version, you can get the latest changes.

What can I tell InfiniteWP? What triggers your delete action?

They can use our hooks as below.

Then they need to rely on your hook and know that your plugin is installed.

Your new feature relies on a WordPress trigger that tells you that an update is finished. If InfiniteWP ensures that that trigger also goes of when they update, then your new feature also works. That way, they don’t need to implement code for each individual caching plugin.

That’s why I asked “What triggers your delete action?”

your feature request about InfiniteWP is not related with our new feature. They need to use the hook of all the cache plugins.

Why is it so difficult to say what it is that triggers your delete action?

I contacted them before but they did not do it.
