Auto Clear cache when a new post is created?

I have only one issue with the plugin that it doesn’t have an option to clear cache when a new post is created? At least an option to clear the homepage cache if not the full cache, should be there. Every time a new post is created, the homepage is not updated thanks to the cache which needs to be cleared manually every time.

Also, the cache size gets big if not manually cleared if you have thousands of posts on your WordPress site.
