Hmmm… actually that is a pretty cool idea. We’ll think about this a bit and maybe add it to Collapse-Pro-Matic. If/when this happens, we’ll send you a link with a promo discount code for your kind participation and feedback. Because we roll like that!

    Make it a great day!

Is there no way to roll your own event based triggers?

To do this with the plugin it would require quite a bit of additional logic: First of all we need a method of ‘setting the amount of time’. This would be done via shortcode attribute with a default set in the plugin options page.

Next, we need to ‘trigger’ a collapse after this amount of time… BUT what happens when:
    1. The user has the mouse hovering over the target area
    2. The expand element is set to expand-once
    3. Expand-All is clicked when a timed collapse is already open
    4. Bears attack

We have it on the list…
