    hello

    how to make my orders to be completed after payment is received and not stay in processing?

    Hi there,

    A great deal depends on the following:

    • Whether your payment gateway makes use of ITN notifications to update the payment status of the order
    • Whether the order needs to be shipped or not

    If ITN notifications are supported and orders do not need to be shipped, then status updates should be set to “Complete” automatically. If, for whatever reason, you need to FORCE status changes to being “Complete”, then you could try the following:

    thank you for your reply. Products are virtual enabled and payment paypal standard but orders were staying at processing. maybe needs a change in payment settings.
