Auto Create Post on Registration?

THIS thread has me thinking about how to achieve something resembling the goal. The only thing I can think of is maybe having a post for each user, authored by admin (so that no users could edit the comments on it), that other members could leave comments on. Maybe I could then add a post rating plugin, but by rating the post, people would actually be rating the user that the post is about.

So, my question is how would I make this scenario take place:

* User registers as a subscriber
* WP automagically creates a post with the user’s name as the title and in the category “Feedback” with site admin (NOT the user) as the author. No content needed (or it could just be something standard like “Leave feedback for this user”)

I’m using Buddypress, so I’d also love a way to have a link to each member’s feedback post from their profile.

Anyone have any brainstorms to add to mine? Please?
