Auto-create tickets

    I don’t have this plugin yet, but I want to know if I can schedule a ticket to be created every month for the monthly maintenance services we provide for our clients. I want to track those activities in the help desk. Can I do that with this plugin? If so, how?

    Thanks to considering Help Desk.
    Unfortunately, Help Desk does not support schedule tickets.
