Auto created image broken after upload

I have a website that worked fine last week.
However, after I moved my website to a new hosting server provider, the image upload function broke.
When I try to uploaded image in my website.
The resized images that wordpress auto create after uploaded are broken
and only show black and gray lines.

If I downloaded these images from FTP, it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/DwxOpRP
The origin image that uploaded was fine, but others was broken.
How could I fix it? Or if I need to move a better hosting?
