Auto Detects not working

  • A couple months ago the auto detect features for file size and duration stopped working. This caused some of my episodes to show as 1 second in iTunes until I manually added them. The only error it gives is Error: There was a problem with the request – 403.

    The ID3 tag info button has the same error.

    Any help?
