Auto delete?

    I agree on adding a auto delete function. Saves time! ??

    If you move a page to your trash, the corresponding menu item will not be deleted. However, once you empty your trash, the menu item will be deleted automatically. This is native WordPress behaviour, and is not related to this plugin (nor should it be).
