Auto delete of post not working

  • I had purchased your addons last week but there is no technical support for past 1 week. The Auto Bulk Delete By User Role and Schedule Post Deletion By User Role is not working.

    The only reply I had gotten is the pre-sale enquiry before purchase. What had happened?
