Auto Deleted Content?

I wanted to exchange the hostingserver. Therefor I restricted all users to “no Access” (like banned) on the old live server.

2 days later, all the content the users with “no access” did create, was deleted. All Files from harddrive and all corresponding content in the database.

I didn’t delete the user where it ask to give all content to another user. I only set them to “no access”.

Yes I have a backup and everything is on the new server…
But I worried, is there a cron running which checks and delete stuff if no access rights are present?

I want to find out, why the content got deleted.
