Auto detect case sensitive

    Yes, I’ve left out upper case extensions to save script processing time (bad for browser speed) because WordPress usually saves uploaded images with a lower case extension only.

    Is that not the case on your installation?

    I sometimes use ftp to upload, plus the source might be outside site.
    But I guess you are right – upper case should be defined explicitly for performance then.
    Though it still better be mentioned somewhere ??

    You are right, it’s not clear. Better to mention it… I’ll add that to the next release. Thanks for reporting ??
