Auto detect URL in post/page

I’m trying to find a plugin or hack or fix or ??? so when users create a post or page and they type a url that WP auto-detect this and create a link. For the more advanced they can then edit the properties to open a blank window etc..

Maybe there is a solution somewhere for this?
