auto direct for US China Taiwan visitors

  • I have the website techteller.com

    wanna use the detection tool to track US visitor IP address to direct to .com
    chinese IP address visitors to .com/cn
    taiwan IP address visitors to .com/tw

    any ways to carry this out? and do i just copy new documents in the root folder
    any plugins to do it? any plugins to display the national flags on the right top ?
