"auto draft" coming up as the name of all my posts

Every single post I make via the regular posting system on my wordpress install is being named “auto draft” by wordpress.

this isn’t happening when I use quickpress.

What is going on here? I’ve removed plugins, and the same crap is still happening. This is quite annoying.
