Auto Email Not Working

    About a month ago the auto-email function stopped working. I double checked my setting in Backup Email Options and all look fine. I even tried the zip option with no success.

    I can, however, select a previous DB on Manage Backup Database page and successfully receive a manually initiated DB in my email inbox.

    Any ideas what’s going on?

    Could you change the backup schedule to maybe 5mins? Then when it runs check your error log. Both manual & auto uses the same code to mail the backup file.

    Also you might want to check your server email log to see if there is any error.

    Your host will be the best person to answer that.

    Having the same issue from around the same time. Can you look into your plugin for issues. I contacted my hosting company, looked at logs and found no errors.

    Emailing it manually does work. No changes were made to the site other than updating to the latest version of wordpress.

    I see the same issue from about the same time.

    Email of auto backups were working, then stopped. Manual backups are emailed over but not autos.
