    Hi Support,

    I’ve enabled the “Automatic Email Reports” in “General Settings” but seems I cannot receive the email successfully. Setting as follow:
    1. Enable Reports? = Yes
    2. Send report every: “1” days
    3. Send after this hour (server time): “01”
    4. Send email from: “a valid email address”
    5. Send to email(s): “another valid email address”
    6. Email subject: Submission report… (default value)
    7. Email format?: Plain Text (default) (default value)
    8. Email Text (CSV file will be attached): Attached you will find the data from the form submissions. (default value).

    I could be able to receive email sending out on each appointment submission in frontend so I’m sure the SMTP is working.

    Also, I would like to know if the admin cancel the booking in CMS, to let the customer to receive an cancellation notification email, is that a paid feature?
