Auto-email to subscribers based on tags

    can your plugin allow me to email event notifications as new events are added, to subscribers of various types of events? ex. A new event tagged as “Etobicoke” is added to my calendar then automatically anyone who has subscribed to events tagged “Etobicoke” automatically are sent a notification.
