Auto Embedding in Idea Excerpts

    Thanks for this nice plugin. It works great!
    But, I need a little help from you… I’m trying to display videos via the auto embedding functionality in the ideas. This works without any problems on the main idea sites, but on the ideastream they are not showing up, there are just the YouTube links/URLs.
    I spent the last few hours trying to change the code, but until now I have now working solution. Do you have an idea how to solve it?

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Excerpts are truncating the content, if you wish to display the embed content, i advise you to create a wp-idea-stream folder inside your theme, then copy in it the template templates/idea-entry.php in this folder. And from this copied template, you can replace <?php wp_idea_stream_ideas_the_excerpt(); ?> with <?php wp_idea_stream_ideas_the_content(); ?>.

    NB: you’ll need to upgrade to WordPress 4.4 and WP Idea Stream 2.3.0
