Auto-enrolling issues

I’m sorry you’re having this issue!

From what I can see there is no Access Plan on the Membership: https://www.investanow.com/membership/734/

I, unfortunately, can’t see the backend of the site to see the set up! I’d be happy to look over screenshots if you can provide them using a service like imgur to check the settings.

However, to with with Auto Enrollments even with free courses/memberships there needs to be an access plan: https://lifterlms.com/docs/checkout-free-access-plans/ this is what associates the enrollment with the membership and will trigger enrollments.

Hey thanks for your quick reply, I added an access plan and once I click enroll it doesn’t take me to any pages, instead there is a red banner saying “united states is not an available country” and it doesn’t enroll.
I’m not sure how to use imgur, is it possible I can privately send you info to login and see for yourself?

That’s strange. LifterLMS doesn’t have any error messages like that. Do you have a lot of other plugins installed or a custom theme? Maybe something else is conflicting to cause that to happen.

You could try disabling all your other plugins and testing this on a theme like twentytwenty and let us know if anything changes.

You can upload screenshots to all sorts of platforms. Imgur is pretty simple to use and doesn’t require any accounts to upload images but you could use something like Dropbox or Google Drive also.

It would also be helpful if you take a look at the sticky post in this forum and provide us with some of the additional information we ask for.
