    For some reason, the Bulk Add Members under the Auto-Enroll tab in Memberships is not working. I’ve attached some screenshots that provide the full story, but I’ve attempted to do this several times since yesterday and for some reason it still won’t work. I’m only talking about 23-25 members.

    Please help.

  • @nikkisart,

    After your last screenshot have you checked the course in question to see if the students have been enrolled into the course?

    Sorry about the warning message that pops up. I’ll fix that in our next release. However, I ran a test with a hundred student membership and saw no issues with the bulk enrollment.

    I’m not sure that I completely understand your question, but there are 23 people currently enrolled in the course that I’m trying to bulk enroll into the membership so that they would also have access to the 2nd course that comes in the membership.

    @nikkisart,

    Bulk enrollment from a membership enrolls all the members into the course. We do not have bulk enrollment functions from courses to memberships! Only from memberships to courses.

    Unfortunately if you want to enroll 23 members into the membership you’ll have to do that by searching for each member in the “Enroll” area of the membership. Here’s how: https://lifterlms.com/docs/manual-membership-management/#enroll

    (You can enroll all 23 in one shot but you need to search for them all individually).

    Hope that clears that up for you,
