Auto fill in name and email

Hy,
is this possible to auto-fill in the name and email fields when a suer is logged in? And then possibly grey them out so the user cant make modifications to them.
When not, can you recommend a plugin that does the work? Or is there a CF7 Pro upgrade that has this function?
