Auto-grade doesn’t work

It’s hard to diagnose the issue without seeing how you have set up the Quiz questions and Answers.

• What types of Quiz questions do you have? Multiple Choice? Gap Fill? True/False?
• What are the correct answers to the Quiz questions? Would you share a screenshot of the Quiz editor page?
• What were the answers given by a Learner? Would you share a screenshot of the auto-grade page?
• Which version of Sensei do you have on your site? Do you have any other Sensei extensions installed as well?

The types of quizz are Multiple Choice and free answer in multiple lines.

Bellow are screenshot of a quizz editor page and a screenshot of a result of autograde button (All the questions are marked false and the score is null).

I installed the Sensei LMS and the Sensei LMS course progress.

Next question: Have you set up the Autograde function in?Lesson edit page under Quiz settings?

My experience is similar as in this GitHub issue.

The problem is constant, with any lesson and any question.
And I didn’t active the autograde function in Lesson edit page under Quizz Setting.

This functionnality worked before and suddendly not. Without any change in configuration.

I added your report on the GH issue. I trust you have checked for any potential plugin conflict by temporarily deactivating all plugins except Jetpack and Sensei LMS and related add-ons; If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.

I have, meanwhile, asked our developers if they have made any progress in addressing the issue on the GH link.

I have already checked all plugins for potential conflict, without success.

I also tried to create a new lesson with new quizz for testing. The problem is similar that with the olds lessons.

Our developers are going to deep investigate the issue over the next days, and if they find a fix they’ll let us know when it’s going to be deployed in the plugin.

I’m bringing good news! There is a?PR?and attached it to the next release, meaning the issue will be fixed with the next plugin update.

The?release date for 4.15?is currently set to May 29th.

I tried the updated plugin. It’s a bit better but not good.

When I try to use the autograde button, the quizz is graded but not with the good score.
If after I use the reset button and another time the autograde button, the score is different.

I doesn’t see why some questions are good graded, and some no.
