Auto height full width not working on mobile

The slider is blank on mobile using Chrome. This is confusing since the resolution on my phone is 2960 x 1440 (or 1440 x 2960).

I require a full height full width configuration for a logo animation.

There is an option to hide the slider on smaller screens, but then the page would be lacking important identifying information. This screen is higher resolution than my desktop monitor, so this option wouldn’t help anyway.

It would be better if a fallback image could be specified, or if an alternate configuration or alternate slider could be chosen for mobile.
