Auto ID/ Auto Increment field not working

  • Hey guys, I’ve created a form and set up an Auto Increment field. But Whenever I submit the form, it only shows the shortcode instead of showing the result. For example it shows [auto_id start=1]-INV and not the 1-INV.
    How can I fix this?
    The idea behind it is that whenever someome submits the form, it shows a code for them, like a protocol number, which is also sent in the email.
