    My name is Arun. Thank you for trying out my plugin.

    I checked out your website and it seems all images have alt text. The image you mentioned above is a gravatar image of a profile icon and is not hosted on your WordPress install. It cannot be fixed without changes in your theme code normally.

    However, not all images need alt text. Images used for design purposes and images not relevant to the content can be excluded. For example, if you have a checkout icon, that images need not have alt text and an empty at text is preferred. I will write a detailed document about this and share as a newer reply.
