Auto Image Update Gallery?

I’ve got a webcam that feeds its still images to a directory on my web sever. Currently I navigate to the URL and login (.htaccess) and scroll my fingers off to find images that interest me.

My question is; can I tell a gallery plugin to automatically load or build a gallery from the images that are automatically loaded into that directory?

Hopefully I’m being clear; it’s not a normal gallery but a snap-shot of my security camera feeding the *.jpg files to my web server’s manually created wp-content/uploads/* directory.
