    Hi Tobias,

I am having a strange issue with Auto Import. I am trying to setup the auto-import of quite a few tables (100+). Although there are a lot of separate tables, they are small and contain very little data (only a couple of digits in 4 or 5 colums/row).

I have setup most of the tables to import files from the server and it is working ok. However, I am now getting an error that means I can no longer update the remaining imports.

One of the tables in the list has set itself to Active – but it won’t let me deactivate it or set the file path/URL. If I try to change anything it always reverts to Active, File on server, and an empty path when I save the configuration. This causes the error “The source for the import is invalid or could not be accessed.” which means I cannot update the rest of the table.

Any ideas on how I might be able to resolve it?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This sounds strange, and I assume that it’s related to limits on the server like for the size of a HTTP post request.

Do the server log files maybe give us more information?

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thanks for your help, Tobias – the answer was in the server logs as you suggested.

We increased the limit of change max_input_vars in php.ini and it is now working.

    Donation will be incoming shortly.

    Thanks again ??
