Auto Import Doesn’t Auto Import

We have a CSV file that we can import flawlessly and that is being updated every 30 mins, but Table Press is not auto importing it every hour (we’ve tested every 15 mins, too).
Is there a way we can debug what is happening or is there a specific cron job we should “force” WP to run?
