Auto import never works

Hi using version 1.2.8 of the Instagram Importer. Have successfully set it up on several sites with auto-importing working as expected.

On one client’s site though, it has refused to auto-import on an hourly, weekly etc basis since launch, a couple of months now. Manually importing works ok.

Note the client site hosts use Zeus Web Server. I don’t know if this is relevant, but all other installs have been on Apache servers.

Any pointers as to where might start fixing this? Thanks.
